If your grill does not function as it should, read through our instructions / manuals. Spare parts can be ordered from our online shop.
If you are still unable to find a solution to your problem, send us an e-mail or telephone our customer service. We will work together to quickly find the source of your problem. In most cases, the customer will be able to make any necessary repairs.
The grill can be sent to us for cleaning and maintenance. Once we have received the grill, we will usually have service done within a couple days, possibly even the same day if necessary. All maintenance services will include cleaning of the grill.
Test your grill well in advance of an event to assure that it is working properly. If our products are used according to instructions, serviced regularly and stored properly, they will provide decades of reliable use.
