The 30 litres cooker is meant for a group of 20-100 and the larger 75 litres model is for 100-200.

Genarally used fuel is wood but also liquid gas or diesel oil units are available as an accessory - easier to keep proper temperature.

Both cookers have double wall kettles. The liquid inside the double walls of the kettle doesn't freeze.

The 75 litres cooker can be tilted so that it's easier to clean. There is also a stand with skies and tyres as an accessory to ease transfering. You are also able to choose steaming baskets (6 pcs/series) to get steamed products.

Model FC 75D, heated with diesel oil, is based on the 75 liters cooker and it has been developed especially for military purposes as it includes a unit which can be connected with the power generator of Field Kitchen FK 2000. It can also be used as a separate unit. In such case is electricity from a generator or mains needed as well as a separate can for the diesel fuel.
